Does Valhalla build upon the franchise’s new formula, introduced in Origins and honed by Odyssey, or does it give fans a different experience. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is the Thepoll is clear: Valhalla. Even if you absolutely love the Greek setting I'd still say Valhalla. It feels like a true successor to Origins and is made by (largely) the same team. Odyssey is a mediocre action RPG with an Assassin's Creed skin while Valhalla at least attempts to feel like an Assassin's Creed of old. It succeeds in that in my TheAssassin’s Creed franchise has gone through several ups and downs throughout the years. Back in the day, Assassin’s Creed games were considered pure action titles with stealth elements. The first-ever game from the franchise arose from the development of another Prince of Persia game that Ubisoft eventually abandoned. Nowadays, Odysseys combat is better than origins and has a more interesting open world. I would recommend Odyssey to start especially if you like Ancient Greece. AcOrigins vs Ac Odyssey and Valhalla. Who else thinks that Origins is way way more better than Odyssey and Valhalla. I think that Origins is one of the best ever assassin's creeds ever and that Odyssey and Valhalla are not even near Origins. For me personally Origins has a special place in my heart and Odyssey and Valhalla are also good but
